Prices include service. Vegetarian items are marked. Eggless is the default — we don't use eggs in any biryani. Family party orders for 20+ need 24 hours notice and a WhatsApp message; we don't take large orders without it.
Kachi Gosht Biryani — the reason we opened.
Kachi gosht means raw meat. The distinction matters: most biryani is made with pre-cooked meat added to pre-cooked rice. Kachi starts with raw, marinated mutton layered under partially cooked basmati. The seal goes on, the charcoal goes under, and for ninety minutes the meat and rice cook together in the same steam chamber. The meat flavours the rice. The rice absorbs the meat. You can't replicate that sequence any other way.
It's a harder technique. More prep time, more attention, more coal. We make four pots per service. When they're gone, they're gone. We've never made more than four in a day — our cook won't watch five pots at once and we trust his judgment on that.
Dine in, take away, or plan ahead. Here's how each works.
Dine In
Walk in anytime between 12 PM and 10 PM. We don't take reservations for parties under six people. For groups of six or more, call ahead — otherwise we may not have a table together. WhatsApp is faster than calling for reservations.
Lunch: 12 PM – 3:30 PM · Dinner: 6:30 PM – 10 PM
Takeaway
Takeaway is available from 6 PM onwards. Not during lunch — the pot goes straight to the dining room at noon and there's nothing left to pack until evening. Call or WhatsApp at least an hour before you want to pick up. We don't hold orders without a confirmed pickup time.

Family & Party Orders
Orders for 20 or more people need 24 hours' notice and a deposit. WhatsApp us the details — date, time, number of people, which dishes, and whether it's dine-in or delivery. We don't confirm large orders over a phone call. Get it in writing so we both have the details.
